Returns, refunds and cancellations

Every TwinSpec part is dry carbon fibre, built for a specific chassis. Please read this before you order, and email us at twinspec.info@gmail.com if you have any fitment question first.

Cancelling an order

Cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund.
After 48 hours your order is already being processed, so cancellations after that point carry a 20% cancellation fee.
If your order hasn't shipped within 30 days of the estimated ship date we gave you, you can cancel for a full refund with no fee.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the part is:

unused and not installed
not painted, wrapped, drilled, cut or otherwise modified
in its original packaging with all hardware included

Approved returns carry a 20% restocking fee. You pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. Email us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.

Test-fit first

Always test-fit a part before you paint, wrap or install it. Once a part has been painted, wrapped, modified or installed, it can't be returned unless it's defective.

Damaged in shipping

Inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the box or the part is damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the box, the packaging and the part, and keep everything. Don't install a damaged part. We'll arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Defects

If a part has a manufacturing defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos, before you install it. We'll repair, replace or refund it. Dry carbon is laid by hand, so small differences in the weave pattern from one part to the next are normal and aren't a defect.
