Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of twinspec.com and to any order you place with TwinSpec. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

TwinSpec is an online store based in Ontario, Canada, selling aftermarket dry carbon fibre parts for BMW vehicles. You can reach us at twinspec.info@gmail.com.

2. Products and fitment

Our parts are aftermarket accessories. They are not made, sold or endorsed by BMW AG. BMW, M2, M3 and M4 are trademarks of BMW AG and are used on this site only to describe which vehicles a part fits.
Each listing states the chassis it fits. It's your responsibility to confirm the part suits your car before ordering. If you're unsure, email us first.
We recommend professional installation. We aren't responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.
Some parts may affect your vehicle warranty, insurance, or road legality where you live. Checking those is your responsibility.

3. Appearance

Product photos show the part as accurately as we can. Dry carbon is laid by hand, so the weave pattern and finish can vary slightly between parts and from the photos. That variation isn't a defect.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at a clearly wrong price, if we suspect fraud, or if a part is unavailable. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy explains timelines and rates.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, returns, damage and defects. It forms part of these terms.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TwinSpec isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
